Account & roles
Do contractors and clients sign up separately?
No. Everyone uses the same signup. Your capabilities come from the role you hold on each project—owner, contractor, client, architect, worker, and others.
Can an invited contractor use my project without buying a plan?
Yes. Collaborators join your project under your owner's plan limits for seats and storage. They don't need their own subscription for that build.
How do workers get access?
You can manage workers on the roster yourself, or invite them via SMS to claim a profile and use the Worker Portal for attendance and updates.
Billing & limits
Whose plan controls project count and storage?
Limits follow the project owner's subscription—project count, storage, and collaborator seats are counted against their plan.
Who pays for worker capacity?
Worker limits apply to whoever adds workers to the roster—the contractor or manager running that crew on the project.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Essential (free) tier is enough to run one build and invite your team. Upgrade when you need more projects, storage, or seats.
Privacy & mobile
Can clients see worker wages?
Not by default. Wage amounts stay on the workforce side unless you explicitly share that information in your workflow.
Is there a mobile app?
Use the web app on any phone browser today. Workers have a mobile-friendly Worker Portal. Native iOS and Android apps are planned.
